The Albany County Courthouse is truly a classic. Veteran lawyers know the spectacular, much of which has been hidden by asbestos removal projects.
There are other courthouses in Albany, including the Family Court building and the Court of Appeals.
But there is only one true Albany County Courthouse. It’s at 16 Eagle Street. For most recent history it has mainly been used for Albany Supreme Court cases.
